Clearance Items

Please note that the availability of clearance items is not guaranteed. If an item included in your order is found to be out-of-stock when your order is processed, the item(s) will be removed from your order and you will be refunded within 7 working days.

Backorder and Preorder Items

Backordered items will not ship until all items are in stock.

Orders including preorder items will ship according to your selected shipping method. The preorder items will ship separately when they arrive at the warehouse at no additional charge to you.

Damaged/Defective Items
